Co-Developer When partnering with land owners,
government agencies and individual and institutional investors, IDEA acts
as Co-Developer of a project.
When acting as Co-Developer, IDEA
undertakes the full chain of development activities on behalf of its
partner.
As Co-Developer IDEA is responsible for the management of
the overall development process and the execution of those professional
and technical activities necessary to create, realize and operate a
project including the:
Definition of development strategies.
Determination of development "visions".
Configuration and direction of development teams.
Development of work-plans, budgets, cost estimates and target
schedules.
Technical interactions and interfaces with individuals, officials
and agencies having jurisdiction over the Project including data
collection, presentations and planning and building permits.
Operation and administration of a project and the self-financing
business activities derived from a project.
When acting as
Co-Developer IDEA’s partner is responsible for providing the seed money
necessary to create the project and secure necessary investment to fully
design and realize the project; and for any necessary political
interactions with individuals, officials and government agencies having
authority or influence over the Project.
Lead
Developer When acting on its own behalf as Developer IDEA is
responsible for the above activities as well as providing the seed money
necessary to create the project and secure necessary investment to fully
design and realize the project; and all necessary political interactions.
